Availability

The Barns are available throughout the year. Prices vary in accordance with the season, Short breaks of 3 nights minimum are available as well as longer breaks. The Dairy and Stables can be booked together to accommodate larger groups of up to 12 (or 16 utilising a sofa bed in the living area of each property). The Dairy can be booked independently for a smaller group of up to 10 persons (or 12 utilising the sofa bed). The Stables can be booked for 2 adults or a small family (utilising the sofa bed).

Our check-in and check-out times to allow for cleaning and airing of the cottage are check-in from 4 pm; check-out by 10.30 am on day of departure.

Booking policy is a deposit of 50% to reserve the dates with the balance payable just prior to the time of stay.Check in information and key box entrance codes will then be provided. 

Guests may be asked to pay a discretionary £200 refundable deposit at the time of making the final payment. This deposit will be refunded following inspection of the property after departure.

All bedlinen is provided. An extra £25 per night is payable per sofa bed if required by prior arrangement.

The principal booking person must be aged 18 or above.

We do not usually accept pets (guide dogs excepted).
